Just noticed on my truck that when you slow down and the speedometer gets to around 3-4 mph, the truck seems to “jar or bounce” back and forth slightly until you stop. Truck is 2020 6.7 and only has 2400 miles. Any one else experience this?

Yes, this is exactly what it does. "Like the pads grip and ease up, grip and ease up." Sorta feels like the ABS is kicking on and off for the last few seconds.
If I gently let off the brake before it hits 3-4 mph, the grip and ease up, grip and ease up is not that noticeable.
Just took the truck for a drive with my neighbor and upon going from 50-0 like a kid walked in front of your truck, its definitely noticeable.

New truck here, under 400 miles and it has done this a time or two, as suggested during a relatively hard braking. I think the transmission is trying to help with a little engine braking, (even though this is a 7.3) but can't downshift fast enough to keep up with the braking required. I haven't watched the tack during hard braking, because usually during hard braking there is something else going on that commands my attention.
I think it's just the transmission downshifting faster than it would like and is harmless. As noted above, one owner reported his truck doesn't do it under load. ( I haven't towed yet) Our trucks seem to do everything better with something of a load.
