No start

Was driving home about an hour drive the truck got lazy and and missfired abit got home shut it off no re start it got firm voltage and Sync and all sensors are reading properly I did do blue spring upgrade last week broken spring maybe ?

Instead of saying "all sensors are reading correctly", how about providing numbers?

Maybe someone here can see something that you, or others, might have missed.

I assume that you haven't seen any DTC's, so please post up what tool you are using to scan the PCM with.

I don't remember off the top of my head but I had use of a snap on scanner

Definitely need data, but while your getting that, if you want to take the cap off your fuel bowl, you can confirm that it's filling up quickly with strong fuel pressure.
