Boost leak, or?

Thanks for the replies and suggestions, y'all.
Took a trip this weekend before I was able to sort things out. Low boost got frustrating so I did another visual check/ wiggle while stopped at a gas station. Found the T in the MAP line for my boost gauge not even tightened down. Tightened that down and thought it would have been the problem but was only part of the problem.
Finally got around to doing a boost leak test and found the right side plenum boot leaking pretty bad.
Still not sure on the transmission. I haven't seen any obvious leaks anywhere, no puddles or drips under the truck. Got about a quart and a half of fluid back in there and now it looks like it might be too much but it is driving fine so far. How much if any fluid would have been lost during an engine pull?
