regrogram remote start in keyless?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but is there a way for a user to reprogram the Ford keyless entry remote fob for remote start when the remote start fails to connect with the truck? When i press the correct buttons red lights appear instead of the green lights flashing on the remote. The last time this happened I had the dealer reprogram them, but lately my dealer/service has been crap... I have a 2017 F350.
