April showers bring May flowers. Well, since we had no April showers I guess that means no May flowers, and also once again, everyone is claiming we are in a drought.

I've given up on puppies. All the training. Cleaning up the pee and poop. Chewing up shoes, furniture, 8 track tapes..... Just a personal preference. I now only take dogs who are already trained. If someone in the family or a friend is forced to move or something like that, and the dog needs a new place to crash, I let him surf my couch. Cheaper too. Previous owner, out of guilt, will keep up with things like buying dog food, paying for the vet, and sometimes come over to help walk the dog. I get a free pet, with the last owner still contributing financially.
