anyone replace the front cab mounts?
on a f series? I have some heavy rusting in the front corners of my cab that have been patched w/sheetmetal and rivets. I have been looking at the replacement weld in panels w/mounts,,..anyone put these on by chance? I know that this should be in the body forum, but I would prefer to hear from guys that own similar trucks and have similar experiences....thanks

I need to do the same thing to my supercab. It looks like y ou would have to remove your entire front clip...or at least the fenders. Then cut out the old ones and have to weld in the new ones. Mine aren't rusty but they have a hole in them the same size as the body mount bushing!!

I've got a full set on the work bench but no time to put them in. there are two mount in the front and two under the front and rear of the cab. As I understand it you losen all three on one side and jack up the cab a couple of inches to swap them.
