It’s been over two months and no points. I was at my dealer (Woolwine Ford) with an issue unrelated to my purchase and saw my salesman (Jamie) and asked him about the points. He went to the in-house internet guru who called and talked to Ford and was given a case number. I was told that it would take up to 30 days and if I did not have them by then to let them know and they would pursue it further. So I will wait and see what happens. I hope you get yours worked out.

My salesman set up my Ford Pass account for me when I picked up my vehicle. I only put a couple hundred miles on it before I stored it over the winter. When I started driving it this spring I noticed that I had no points and my account was not activated. I activated it immediately. I called Ford and they said that I did not activate the account in time for me to get the points. I called the dealership and they said they would fix things. Now they are not calling me back. lol
my ford pass was active prior to the buy, as my wifes car was on it, he just added the 250 and deleted my expedition

Good point here. The points for purchase are only awarded if you activate the vehicle. You don't get points just for installing the app on your phone.

Same here, no issues. Spent mine on wheel weell liners, mud flaps, and a cheesey Super Duty trucker hat!

Purchased my 2021 F-150 Crew on 4/6/21 had my points on the 12th. Like others I entered the truck into Ford Pass immediately. (Actually at the dealership) Just had my wives 2015 Explorer serviced and the points were there the following morning.
