Ford managers

Hello , I want to talk to someone besides a customer service rep in Ford Canada. Anyone have a email address or phone number of a manager who has ***** enough to deal with a customer and not hide behind company policy?

My only thought is to ask your dealer when the factory rep will be showing up. You might get a chance to talk to him. Maybe!

There are quite a few dealers in the Vancouver area. Have you tried different ones?
What sort of problem are you having?

I own a Ford f 150 and a Focus. There is rust forming on the underside of all the doors and hatchback. I looked around on the internet and found in Europe Ford has a 10 year rust warranty and was fixing this problem as it was found that Ford used the wrong sealer on the focus paint.I suspect they used the same wrong sealer here in Canada and maybe the USA because the same rust problem was happening in Europe as here in Canada.Here's the deal ,Ford Canada only give a 5 year rust protection Warranty in Canada.I want to talk to a manager above a customer service rep to ask him or her why I should buy another Ford when the time comes to replace my vehicles.

To my knowledge Ford will only cover rust issues if it is rusted right through, (very little chance of that happening nowadays), they will not cover rust issues because of poor prep or paint. So much for offering a rust warranty it's just a gimick, I am pretty sure its in the real fine print how the coverage works. Good luck

I got some info for you. 1st. contact should be customer service at 1-800-565-3673. Next step is the service manager, then the dealer operations manager.
He then said remember the more mad and frustrated you get. the less chance things will run smoothly. (quote)
