Air Vent Removal?

Air Vent Removal?
Okay chaps. Dually has a busted one as does the 4.9. How do you pull these without destroying the dash and pissing yourself off in the process? It has to be simple, but I have never tried really. Yes. Shocker, I am aware...I can build a trans but not pull a vent.

Ah. Excellent link. Basically same as what I did!
The 92 had two broken ones, I removed and tossed them. Other two I soaked in Dawn then used old tooth brush to really clean. Rinsed. Dried. Popped back in the dash.
