Drive Shaft Flange

Hello, I had a u joint go bad on my 2000 f-150 4x4 5.4 extended cab. Problem is that my son drove it and didn't notice it was going. Now the Flange on the rear of the driveshaft is bad. I cannot find a part number or the flange anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find it or the part number?

Thanks, the "local" shops sent me to the junk yard because they couldn't find a part number or way to order it. Living in Michigan I didn't want to deal with trying to get those rusty bolts off. This gives me something I can use to get it. thank you.

Yeah I bet if you call Tom Woods they can give a couple options within a minute or two. You'll want to know the size of your u-joint, ie cap dia and distance across caps
