What are the chances

Ford puts the 7.3 in the F450? I am at a loss as to why they don't offer it. I would buy one tomorrow. I would buy a chassis cab if I didn't have to change out the gears from 4.88. Rant over....

They don't offer it because they are sure that there won't be enough demand.

You might buy it, but Ford wants 20K or more other people to buy it every year or it isn't worth it to them.

I went chassis cab just for 7.3 in 450. I would have gone pickup otherwise. But I'm happy with the flatbed I had built. I figure they are still on diesel craze and after more people look to go away from diesel they will offer it.
