As the title says, I was wondering if anyone can confirm the 2021 F-350 Crew Cab can get the 4.30 gears when you get the 7.3L engine. I am working on custom ordering a truck, one dealer sent an invoice with those options selected, but the other dealer is telling me you can only do the 4.30/7.3L combo if you get a Super Cab (and not a crew cab). Ford's own configurator says this isn't a problem, but I don't want any surprises if I go ahead and order from the other dealer today.

 

Yes thats a common combo, the 4.30 gives you the M275 axle.

 

I have a 2020 F250 CCSB 7.3L with 4.3 rear end in my driveway. You can configure a 2021 that way on the Ford build website.

 

I have a 2021 truck on order that is as you describe. 7.3 CCLB F-250 with 4.30 rear end. I think you have a bad salesman

 

Just an update if anyone else has this problem - they were able to fix it on the computer version of the ordering process. I guess the paper book they had didn't allow it.

I got the 4.30 , Crew and 7.3 on my 20 250..

No clue why you would not on a 21 350.
