T18 B org Warner id???
I took apart a parts truck - it was a 68 with a 360 and a T18. While cleaning up the tranny, I discovered the following on the top of the case:
H24 2
T18-148D
The tag reads C8T3AR-1
Can anyone tell me anything about the tranny? Close or wide ratio? I know it has a granny gear.
The transmission shifted fine before I took it out (the engine was not running, but I could shift the tranny and the input shaft and tailshaft spin freely).
I would also be interested in knowing what it might be worth - I would like to sell it, either stand-alone or with the flywheel, clutch, bellhousing, pedal assembly, steering wheel, etc as a kit for someone wanting to install a 4-spd setup.
