This is a pix of the drivers side knuckle on my 2002 F 250 4WD XLT. There is a seal that has come undone and the passenger side is still intact. The question is should I worry about it? It's a rubberized seal (ring) that seals the knuckle from debris. So, should I worry??

It depends. You still have the inner axle seal that does the actual sealing of the differential. That is just a dust seal. To replace it you have to take the entire knuckle apart.
I deleted them from my '11. Dumbest idea ever. It just acts as a dam: water can spill over it but can't run back out. I found a solid wall of silt behind mine as tall as the bottom half of the seal.
Also if you describe it as an axle tube seal or seal at the "inner C" you'll get more recognition than saying "knuckle"
