Intake manifold problem.

Intake manifold problem.
1977 F-350, 351M with propane conversion. I'm doing a complete upper rebuild, head gaskets, intake etc. I'm having a hard time getting the freaking intake off of the motor. Any suggestions? There's only 8 bolts, right? I'm not missing anything here? I feel kinda dumb honestly.
Also, any other tips, pointers or suggestions for doing this head job would be greatly appreciated.

Now would be a good time to buy yourself a shop manual. It will explain all you will need to know about taking it apart and more importantly putting it back together.

Ok. So total brain fart. After you said there were twelve bolts, I went back and looked. I have done an intake before, and this is my first on a 351. I came here cause I was tired and frustrated
They are gone. One is snapped off, and the other three are missing. So now I'm not sure what the heck to do.

Some one may have glued it on with silicone at sometime in it's life. What I do in those situations is put my lifting plate on the carb pad. Hook the engine hoist to it and put tension on it. Come back the next morning and 99% of the time it's hanging there loose. If you don't have that stuff and it has silicone on the china walls you will have to use something to cut it loose. Then pry it off.
