log head?
Hey guys, I have a question. I was checking out another website for inline sixes and some of the guys on there were talking about log intakes and cutting them off. What exactly were they talking about? I thought the intake manifold, regardless of its design could be bolted on and off like anyother intake. I know that the intake manifold on my truck can be. Anyway, was just a little confused as to what they were talking about. I had never heard of an intake that was not removable.

The log manifold they are referring to is on the 144-250 ci small falcon/mustang 6 cylinder. 240-300 big six engines have always had removeable intake manifolds.
