Massive blowby?

Trying to start a motor home that has been sitting for lord knows how long. ten years or better by the registration. Have a hot battery, outside fuel source, clean plugs that spark. Also have what seems to be excessive blowby. While cranking, with the oil cap off you can feel a steady frow of air with a regularly timed puff like a hole in a piston almost. Compression ranges from 80-120, with throttle open and oil in the cyls. Was fogging it with starting fluid spray while cranking and could see the mist being blown out of the4 cranckase. Am I wasting my time trying to start it to move the RV? How can I make it fire??

Skip the spray, a gas soaked rag over the intake tube should make it fire. If it doesn't then look further. While compression is low its still enough to fire.

What about the blowby? Heal itself once it fires?
