Not a 67, but the photos in this link may be helpful.
Brackets black but that pump is a kind of a semi metallic blue. Not Ford blue. I believe various Mustang places carry it. All this is just my opinion since I haven't looked into if every year was like that but I've had a lot of Fords from the 60 and 70's. I also believe it is call a Thompson style pump.
