quiet inside

So last night was our first extended run at highway speeds of 75 mph or more to the hog lease

run up was 77 miles and run back was 80 ..i had to stop and get a bite

anyway i traded in my 2016 expedition King Ranch EL 4x4 and it was pretty quiet at highway speeds for the new 250

DAMMMMM this 250 is very quiet, almost no wind noise and i could hear the radio at 6 volume setting. engine noise was very very oddly quiet compared to what i remember my 2006 6.0 was like
18.1 was the mpg, not that i really am watching that much this early with only a tad over 400 miles on her, pushing hard side wind gusts and 75 plus mph i thought it was good
only real weird part was on the 2 lane road at 75mph a big rig passed me in the opposing lane and it made my whole hood WIGGGGGGLE

I agree, the F250 is much quieter than my 2020 F150 was.

That hood wiggle is a little concerning when ya first notice it. I pulled over to be sure the hood was fully closed the first time it happened. The aluminum panels and hood are much more flexible that the good ol' steel ones. A friend bought a new 2021 6.7L super duty. He has a business. I kept quiet laughing my *** off inside as he was trying to get his magnetic door panel signs to stick to the drivers door. He did not think it was so funny.....lol
