Hey guys, I have a 2010 f150 with a 5.4, my 4wd hasn't been working and I've gone through the usual suspects. Here are the symptoms:
As soon as I start the truck, the traction control light comes on.
when I turn the mode select switch, nothing happens, no lights no clicks, nothing.

Here's what I've checked and done so far:
Fuses obviously
Hubs seem to engage with no vaccum and disengage with the engine on. (The vaccum solenoid stays open?)
I bench tested and then replaced the transfer case motor even though it checked out (seemed easy and cheap)
I was thinking it seems to be upstream from both the transfer case motor and vaccum solenoid so I bought a used tccm but to no avail.
I also tested the mode select switch for the proper resistance readings, I found for 2005 (its all i could find) they should be- 130=4L 270=4H and 620=2H. Mine tested exactly 10 ohms higher on all but it didn't seem like a big deal. It is 5 years later after all and I would think they would be crazy numbers not 10 ohms exactly

So I don't know where to go from here, I couldn't find any relays like on the earlier trucks but my money would be on that if there is. It seems like there would have to be...

In case you missed one. You never said what system you have so here are the fuses to check for all of them. In BJB -- Fuse 29-10amp; Fuse 20-20amp; Fuse 68-20amp; Fuse 54-5amp. In SJB -- Fuse 34-5amp.
