I know its a little late but I wanted to post this because I was curious of the MPG with/without the air dam and people always seems to say it will negatively affect MPG, I had the opposite.
I've got a '20 5.0, with a 2.5" level kit and 33" tires with a somewhat aggressive stance, tires poke about a half inch or so, so obviously not the stock aerodynamics the air dam was designed for.
After removing my air dam my MPG went from 17.6 avg to 18.0 avg. This is mostly my commute which is 80% highway going 60-70 mph most of the time.
I would assume the level kit has the most affect on this result. So if you've got a similar setup, I would definitely remove the dam if you like the look or need some clearance.
I took mine off after I kept plowing sand down at the river. No difference in fuel mileage around town. But I am taking a trip in October, and thought about installing the air dam from a 2 wheel drive.
Can someone find me a part number for the 2 wheel drive version?
Thanks, Neal
Disregard. I found it on the Tasca site. Now I just need to find a 2 wheel drive and check the dimensions.

It should be identical.
I recall a thread where some guy with 2wd trucks installed the one from a 4wd truck...most people just trim them...but he wanted it to look perfect.

On my 2 wheel drive 2016, the air dam had more surface area. That's what I want for long trips where I do not plan to go off road.

Right. I meant they should mount up exactly the same.
The 2wd hangs down lower than the one for the 4wd.
It should work perfectly for what you want to do.
