It does appear to have a lift-kit based on the gap between the tires and the fenders probably 4 inches. You can tell if there are blocks under the leaf springs between the axle and the spring. Also those tires are bigger than factory and would raise the truck a bit as well.

That's just based on the pictures I can see but this truck could have come with a higher stock height.

Yes, but usually they add blocks so there would be more than one block per spring. You can also tell if the front leaf springs are a Ford part or not look for the emblem or labeling.
I looked and there are blocks with the leaf springs and they are Ford parts so it’s probably just a tall truck. Thanks to everyone that replied I appreciate you all
