Fuel pump issue?

Fuel pump issue?
My truck stopped unexpectedly today driving down the highway. It started back up, but with no power. I'm thinking filters, pump or possibly intake line within the tank. I removed the fuel filter cap over the engine, turned the key with the filter removed. It only fills part of the way, then it starts bubbling, and never fills completely. When I turn the key off, all the fuel drains back out. It has 190k, is the 6.0. I've only had the truck for about 6 months. I've not done anything with the fuel system since I've had it. At least twice, the truck has acted like it ran out of gas at a 1/4 tank. I'm stuck, it's the weekend, and I need my truck for work Monday. So, the bubbles puzzle me. Does this sound like a tank or fuel pump problem. Thanks in advance for any help y'all can give me!
