I have a couple of these visors sitting around with the ends busted out of them.
One of them was fixed with the end of a pencil crayon stuffed in the hole and glued, BUT I was hoping to see what guys are doing to repairs these without going the pencil crayon route!
Every time I searched I would find lots of stuff about exterior visors, but not much about these.
Here is great thread that shows you what is going on inside the visor. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ors-ideas.html
You need to get the broken piece of the plastic rod out. Maybe get a hole drilled in the middle (of the end of broken piece) and then get a long (3") thin screw to take hold and pull it out. Replace with a piece of metal rod/smooth round barstock painted black and new rubber tips.
