I know it is kinda a oxymoron but I am looking for mud flaps to fit my truck with the tremor fender flares that are low profile. meaning I want the protection of a mud flap but don't want a big swinging rubber mud flap. Looking more for a tight small as possible yet still functional mud flap. I have been looking at the weathertechs as they seem to be the smallest but haven't seen them in person.

There are a hundred threads here about mudflaps. The WeatherTech/Husky/OEM flaps are going to give you what you want. They all probably come out of the same Chinese factory and will be pretty equivalent to one another. You can see a lots of pics here with a search. You can also do a standard internet search and see lots of pics.
Here are a couple pics of my rig with the Ford OEM that I ordered with the truck:
The Ford OEM with the proper fitment for your fender trim are going to be the best for your purposes. I am using some CloudRider's which are special for the alumiduties without the trim and am happy with them, but I wanted them hanging down further and they stick out the side about 3/4" which is perfect for me, as they are wide enough to be behind the whole tire I am running a 295/65R18. I have them adjusted to the fender well enough I get no touching at this tire size.
Probably going to have to go "kickback" type when I put on my 20' rims with larger tires, thinking the fronts will rub on the front mudflaps.
The splashguard styles will not protect your truck completely, and will not protect anything you tow at all. Take a look at the DuraFlap. On the with flare truck it will not stick out and it does have a nice return look at the top. Get them with the black coated stainless weight and you will hardly see them. Plus, you do not drill any holes to install them. So easy.

Husky and WT are made in the USA.
I have the Husky's on mine. Nice clean look, and don't hang down too far.
