I'm not certain about 2010 model but I have a 2003 F350 Truck and if the individual lights don't come on but the rest of the cluster illumination is fine I would suspect that the lights themselves are burned out, I believe they are still incandescent bulbs. You'll have to pull the instrument cluster to change the bulbs out, my suggestion would be to buy LED replacements and change all the bulbs at once.
If it's like my truck when you go to pull the cluster, be very careful not to pull it out too hard or fast, there is wired plugs back there that have very little slack in them and then be very careful with the gear shift selector indicator too, have some patience and go slow but it's not really too difficult to do.
I towed the boat to the San Francisco Bay for Halibut with the grandkids and noticed that the CC light does illuminate but not as bright as the other lights. Will probably change it out with LED like others have done.
