Folding down backseat

Folding down backseat
How do I get to the bottle jack behind the back seat. I can see it when I fold up the seat part of backseat but don’t see anyway to access it if I need it. The back of the backseat has to let down but I have pulled and lifted everything back there. At the top of the seat there is loop of material but either it doesn’t pull or I am too old to pull it. Can anybody help?

The problem with forums like this is that the answer is usually so simple that I end up looking like an idiot. Today is one of those days. Comptechltd, it is exactly where you said it was and does what it is supposed to do. I had to look all over that and never saw it. Don’t tell her but my wife says I couldn’t find my @$$ in a hand basket. Thank you for your help sir

I just joined the forum, but I can see how you could have missed it. I just wish Ford would have included one on the driver's side too.

I actually have a brand new in box never used Built Right Industries strap if anyone is interested. My 2020 Platinum has a ton of components mounted behind the seat and I can't use it. $25 shipped
