The cheapest way is to go to an upholstery shop and get a piece of seat foam, approx. 5 inches thick, a little bigger than you seat. Then pull your seat out of the truck take the back off, pull the seat cover off, and either replace or over lay the new foam onto your seat. Then put it all back together. (Cut the foam with a long bread knife).
