Maybe was just having a bad day, but while swapping out my rear shocks for some new I ran across an issue with the upper mount tbars. The new shocks didn’t come with them pre-pressed in. Looking through here and with some videos I didn’t find anyone run across this with the open ended set. So hopefully this helps someone else before they shred a bushing. Press the bars in to the bushing BEFORE pressing them into the shock. I found that a 13/16 socket worked great as the press pocket around the tbar. Little bit of bushing lube made it work like a charm.
That’s interesting. I installed 4600’s on the rear of mine a few weeks ago and the trunnions came already installed in the bushing. Are you certain those aren’t front shocks?

you got me... I ordered rear, this is what I got. Box doesn’t say front or rear.
The Bilstein 5100s come with the 'racing shock' style. You can press the t bar out or buy an adapter that bolts to the stock location and lets you run a bolt through the upper eyelet. Just a warning, if you go with the adapters, lock tite everything.
