Being that this is a Customer Satisfaction Program, not a safety recall, Ford was not obligated to do this in the first place. They realized there was a problem and decided to try and get ahead of it. Why they limited it to certain rear end ratios is beyond me, but it is what it is. The only hope I can see here is that they add additional configurations and VINs, including yours. Who knows if or when that might happen.

PROGRAM TERMS
This program will be in effect through March 31, 2022. There is no mileage limit for this program.

 

Question - I meet all of the criteria listed in the FSA document - but nothing has been assigned to my truck yet. Any suggestions or direction I should take?
