Well I did it again. I got ahead of myself. I ordered a head liner kit from LMC and thinking it was the ABS plastic well it did say vinyl but sometimes they call hard plastic vinyl anyway it was a sheet of vinyl upholstery materiel with bows and all. Not what I wanted I wanted the ABS that pops in as next month I take the truck in to get the interior upholstered and he will cover the abs with upholstery material . Long story short I called Mid Fifty and they will have the ABS part waiting for me at the show. No harm no foul only about $40.00 more shipping it back. OH! Well.
Rod Doors is still in business and still producing ABS head liners, door pannels, and rear pannels for all kinds of vehicles. They are located in Chico CA (northern CA).
Glad to hear that Rod Doors is in business. I thought that they went out of business. Is the current owner a relatively new owner, like the last 5 years?
The 48-52 ABS headliner fits like a glove.

Dan have you started on headliner? Has it been that long? I got my 2 shots plus a trip to the hospital for blood clots so I’m immune to COVID tested out all good. Are you ok for meeting up?
Don't know who the owner of Rod Doors is - whether there is a new owner or the same owner as original. Don't know where they were located previously but they are now in northern CA. Their products seem the same. There is even a U-tube video of the ABS head liner install.

Doing well here - had both shots - getting out there more and more. We should get together soon.
Well I might check out Red Doors liner. I have called Mid Fifty and they will have the ABS liner at the show in Pigeon Forge. Now what I found out is LMC bent me over. I sent back the vinyl liner. Lmc charged me $20.00 for oversize package and $29.75 shipping. Total $49.75. . Total cost at the Post Office was $16.00 with added insurance . Come to find out the package is not oversized so $20.00 out the window. $13.75 more than it cost me to ship it back.
$33.75 I did not need to pay. I do think all companies add some for handling charges and I can live with that but not $33.75. I am going to wait until I get credit for the part then give them a call. I retired from a company that was all expediting and I am sure they tagged on a little. They say no but then again no way to prove. Parts are costly as it is without having to worry about getting over charged for shipping. I have wasted more money than that so it is not so much as the charge as it is the dishonesty of the whole thing. I will not even try to add up the beer purchased to work on this truck and aspirin. Hope to see you all at the Pigeon Forge show.
Called LMC on the over size box which was not. They gave me a $20.00 gift card to take care of it. I am happy now. It pays to let people know we watch them.
