Leaf springs

Need to order leaf springs for my 1977 F 150 4wd. for the life of me I cannot figure out the free arch. One spring is broken. they are still on truck. Is there a way to figure what spring by my door tag info?

Depending on where you live you might find a heavy truck shop that rearches and can replace a spring
