Any conversion kit owners out there?
The 06 f350 I'm getting has a L.A. West conversion kit on it, bumpers, sides, visor over the windshield and the rear cab fairing. My first thoughts were it makes it look dated and kinda goofy, an old guys truck. Then it kinda grew on me, plus I'm an old guy so it makes sense. I'm just wondering if people still buy these kits? From memory, seems like I only see them on race haulers and the like nowadays. It kinda makes it look more like a big rig with all the ground effects. I'm curious as to if these kits helped fuel mileage also?
