FORscan, iPC module missing???
I read that you have to delete the profile and flip the obd2 switch on the unit? Flip the switch to medium or high I don't know? I am using one without a switch but it installed profiles with missing modules as well and I can't fix mine either. I deleted my profile like everybody says to do but it didn't add the PDM or TDM in my door locks don't work at all.
There is power to my door locks they just won't unlock all the way and when I try to lock there is no noise or action taking place at all. Replaced with door lock switches and actuators nothing and it is not a broken wire

I had same thing happen on my 24. Had only a few modules show up and had saved the profile. My dongle needed an update, so ran that, and tried again, same results. I deleted the profile and reconnected, then everything was good. First step before connecting, update the dongle, then update Forscan and license, then connect to truck and scan. Remember to save everything you connect to in a folder and call the folder something that details that its the original AS Builts. Never store altered AsBuilts in the same folder to prevent mistakes.
- When you load factory "as-built" data, does it pull from a file on your computer?
- If so, where is this file located?
- When I hit "Load Data," it automatically loads and replaces the BCM with factory data.
- I don’t know where it is finding this data.
- It seems like I cannot browse for the data on my computer.
- I am using the Bluetooth Vgate V-Linker OBD2 with FORScan.
- It does not have a switch.
- I deleted the profile, rebooted my computer, and reconnected the truck to the Bluetooth adapter.
- I am missing the PDM (Passenger Door Module) and DDM (Driver Door Module).
- My power door locks do not work:
- I have to manually push every single door lock, which is a disaster.
- Can someone please help?
- Recently purchased: 2013 3.5L EcoBoost.
- Door locks do not work:
- I replaced the door lock switches and actuators.
- I checked all wiring, and there are no flaws.
- When I plug in FORScan, the PDM and DDM power door lock and window settings are wiped—they are completely gone.
- The modules are not detected on the ECU.
- Since FORScan only builds the modules the first time it is plugged in, am I at a severe loss?
- I don’t know what to do at this point.

Factory Data and BCM Replacement Question
- When you load factory "as-built" data, does it pull from a file on your computer?

- When I hit "Load Data," it automatically loads and replaces the BCM with factory data.
- I don’t know where it is finding this data.

- Forscan uses the VIN number and when it downloads the “as built data” file from Ford and saves it to a folder under “Documents/AsBuiltData” and is saved as the VIN number, there is also another folder called Forscan where you save ABT files to.
- I am using the Bluetooth Vgate V-Linker OBD2 with FORScan.
- It does not have a switch. Good, the adapters with switches are junk!
- I deleted the profile, rebooted my computer, and reconnected the truck to the Bluetooth adapter.
- I am missing the PDM (Passenger Door Module) and DDM (Driver Door Module). Your truck doesn’t have either of those modules so that why they aren’t found.
- My power door locks do not work:
- I have to manually push every single door lock, which is a disaster.

All the door locks are controlled by the BCM on your truck, even the newer trucks with DDM/PDM modules have all the door locks and switches controlled by the BCM, I would go into the BCM and reload all the as built data on a fresh vehicle scan to start with. I don’t know enough about the 2013 f150 so I’m not sure if one can even disable the door lock switches or not.
I’d recommend posting your question in a new thread in the correct forum (2009 - 2014 F150) for the best possible help to your generation truck.

I loaded BCM As-Built and did a write all.
Unfortunately it didn't change the locking issue and backup camera blue screen in rear view mirror.
Update: only unlock doesn't work, and if I manually unlock one lock by hand and press lock on either door switch, they all lock.
No signal to unlocking.
I'm gonna check the unlock today with multimeter.
Thank you for clearing up that 2013 f150 doesn't have PDM DDM ;p

Using a keyfob the doors unlock and lock. Same with code on the door.
Tested Unlock Wires and switch with multimeter. Got .4 Volts to the unlock switch. Lights are illuminated bright on the door lock switches. No Idea what is going on here.

Update I found a broken cluster of wires in rear doorjam. Replaced with new harnessand rear door works. ALL DOOR LOCKS still do not unlock when I p[ress unlock. When I press Lock, ALL THE DOORS UNLOCK only if one lock is manually unlocked. Yes I said that correctly. The LOCK button unlocks all doors (IF I manually unlock one door by hand, otherwise no doors unlock with the lock button (They attempt and have signal)

I’ve been searching the Internet and numerous threads too for any kind of solution, but I am having the same problem as well. I tried numerous OBD to USB connectors Windows, 10 PC, also deleted my existing profiles in FORSCAN also Bluetooth OBD connectors still no IPC MODULE shows up in FORScan

these were the OBD II devices that I used and cannot find the IPC module nowhere in FORSCAN. Also I bought two used IPC modules with the identical numbers and a BCM module. I also conducted a ohm test between the part number six and number 14 of the OBDII ports and the reading was between 60 OHMs and 72 OHMs which I believe is within range
Problem solved!!!! After researching forscan software and founding out that I do not have a IPC module available. I had to do a lot of investigation and research on the Internet and found there was a communication issue in the CAN BUS network. The HS3 (white with a green stripe wire) was found broken on top of the steering wheel column by a piece of metal on the cab support and possibly someone who previously who messed with the wire harness. All good now. Thanks for all that helped on my post..
