JKBrad - Thanks for your feedback, I have exhausted all of those things you mentioned
Buegrass7 - would you start by unraveling the harness that feeds the coils? Or would you bite the bullet and just replace the entire harness?

First try moving the coil connector around, then the harness to see if you can make the misfire come back.
If yes be a little gentle and move things in different places to get a lead where it is, first.
Then decide what to do.
