I had the recall replacement for my bed camera done a few weeks ago. Today I was backing up to hook up my fifth wheel and I noticed the centering line was gone. I called the dealer and they knew nothing. I have a Reese Goose Box on our fifth wheel which uses a goose neck ball. The Goose Box has to be centered over the ball to hook up and the centering line helped me line it perfectly every time. I couldn't find any settings to restore the guiding line. Anyone else have this issue with the recall and maybe know how to fix it?

 

Same situation happened to me when I had my camera replaced (2020 F-450). The dealer said it had to be initialized. I took it back, and 20min. later I had my centering lines back.
