10 speed avaliability
Does any one know why the new 10 speed (10R140?, different than the one in the F150) has not completely replaced the 6R140 on all SuperDuty and Medium Duty platforms.
According ti the Ford web site, the 10 speed is N/A on the F450 but it is standard on the F600 ! N/A on E-Series and F53.

Not sure where your seeing the 10 speed isnt in the F450, its the only transmission available with the 6.7 in the pickups. The 6r140 is no longer offered in the super duty pickup line. The 250 has the torque shift G which is the 6r100 with the 6.2 only. All the cab and chassis super dutys come standard with the 10 speed as of 2021 for F350 to F600. The 650 and 750 are still using the 6r140 though.
