2022 Ford Super Duty Order Tracking Thread. Please No Off Topic

I contacted the my sales manager, As i dont deal with the sales team anymore wile buying my trucks! And he told me there was no confirmation email of any sort and theirs no order verification paper to be signed and that i have signed the proper papers and its on order as a priority 10 (highest)!
Whats your thoughts on that? what exactly are you guys getting as a order confirmation email? Your not talking about the order summary they give you at the dealer ship are ya?

when i initially placed my order i never got the email confirmation, but when scheduling started ford could see the order. my salesman went back in and put my email in again and it generated the email right away. not sure what was keeping it from sending me the email. but the order was submitted just as he said it was.

crap i tell you !! congrats on getting a vin. i ordered on 5/4 same truck but f350 without fx4 still in order processing

I never got an email. Verified email was in the system with dealer a couple weeks alter i ordered and still didn't get one. He forwarded a copy he received to himself immediately. Called marketing when scheduling started and verified email was in the system with my order and received a VIN over the phone. Received a personal email the next week from salesman saying order had been scheduled but still no email directly from ford.
Have still never received one yet.
Not sweating it though as I can look up my order by order number and VIN through several avenues.

When I talked to Ford Marketing today, the nice lady mentioned to get the email notifications, the email address has to be attached to the order in whatever system they are using.
For some reason, my order, it must be attached. I feel like a nuisance when I contact my salesman once a week for different stuff, but again today, I asked him to remove the Spray in bed liner from the order. He then later said his Sales Manager got it removed. To me, that should trigger an email...but who knows. I have yet to receive an email direct from Ford, but according to the Ford Marketing lady, my order is there and they see it. Just in Processing.

I was reading on the bronco forum, apparently ford has paused sending out the update emails for the time being(scheduled, built, shipped). the confirmation emails are still going out but not the process emails.

Same here. I've never had a ford vehicle before but I do have an acct with FORD. When I tried to use Ford Pass it says my username and pass are incorrect even thought it works online in the ford webpage. When I trye to create a new acct it says I already have one. When i try to do forgot password link it never send me the email to reset.

agreed. I’m not looking at the tracker again until the week of my build date to see if anything updates from there. I’m confident my dealer is on it and he wants to make the sale and commission as much as I want the truck lol
