son has 2019 ranger lariat 4x4. running current (3.14) version of sync. no climate control tab on his screen. not sure if this happened immediately after his upgrade or not.
I did search forum for similar issue with no results.
it's a nuisance issue at present as still have hard switches for most functions.

ran across this in some follow up research. so I need an adapter for my notebook and the free forscan software?
can you advise on preferred adapter? seem to be a few out there. probably go usb and not bluetooth.

 

I thought the only people having issues were those who tried to update the system on their own prior to the official release? Which was over a year ago? I'd let a Ford dealer deal with it if it screwed up after their update. I updated mine immediately after they released it and it worked perfectly. Not sure why some had glitches.

 

Had a call from my son - after he left for his home in Houston yesterday, he said his sync screen went dark for a few seconds and then came back on and said Sync has been updated. His climate control features were back.
