What is the difference between expensive and cheap radar/laser detectors? I was looking at wal mart and there is one that's $40.00 and some that are $200.00. There's also more expensive ones like this: http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.as...familyid=21589
(Link might not work) But I was thinking about getting one and I wanted to have some information on them first. I will def do some research on them if there is any.
Better off spending money on the jammer, all I got was more tickets with a detector.but that is just my opinion.. cruise control has worked the best for me..
Which is funny because jammers do not work anyway, I guess they are just getting ahead of the game in case one was ever made that did work.
Some of the very expensive detectors save locations where they get false hits and try to reduce them. I've never bought one that was over $80 and have had no problems with them. Most officers are too lazy to pule people so they have the radars on all the time around here and are very easy to detect.
