coil wire repair
Fixed it for now, but did find a replacement from Summit racing, but I'll check NAPA on Monday. If I leave it the way it is, I'll put some RTV in the end of the shrink tubing.

RTV and copper wiring? That's like inviting a PETA member to a barbeque. There's going to be trouble.
The vinegar smell from RTV? That's acetic acid. Note the key word "acid". Not sure why it's there but I think its part of the chemical curing process. The acid will attack the copper. Doesn't even have to be making direct contact. If the wire is encapsulated by RTV, the acid fumes will have a field day on the copper.
I have some electrical tape and some of that sealing self adhesive tape too. Or just stick some grease in there...?
I found this, https://www.google.com/search?q=electrical+wire+sealant&rlz=1C1OKWM_enUS9 06US906&sxsrf=ALeKk02PnDAaZVExbq2VRxQN-dq8M9hy1w%3A1616284088484&ei=uIlWYLnjHKS5ggf3vIXQC Q&oq=electrical+wire+sealant&gs_lcp=Cgdnd3Mtd2l6EA MyAggAMgYIABAWEB4yBggAEBYQHjIGCAAQFhAeMgYIABAWEB4y BQgAEIYDOgcIABCwAxBDOgQIIxAnOgoILhDHARCvARAnOggILh DHARCjAjoICAAQsQMQgwE6BQgAELEDOgUIABCRAjoECAAQQzoF CC4QsQM6CwguEMcBEKMCEMkDOgUIABCSAzoICAAQsQMQkQI6EQ guELEDEMcBEKMCEMkDEJMCOggILhDHARCvAToHCAAQhwIQFFDX tQ5Yy-MOYNLuDmgBcAJ4AIABsQGIAdkSkgEEMTUuOZgBAKABAaoBB2d3 cy13aXrIAQrAAQE&sclient=gws-wiz&ved=0ahUKEwi5n8y3h
vAhWknOAKHXdeAZoQ4dUDCA4&u act=5Just came from Home Depot a few minutes ago... I can go back and get some ...

Or just get new terminal lugs ( https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/El...e-p/a15504.htm ) and recrimp the wire/s to the new lugs and install them in the connector..
This is not a complicated fix..
And as noted RTV will corrode wiring, Specifically as part of the curing process it releases acetic acid that will corrode the wiring. If you need to seal splices use liquid electrical tape or use the correct size of waterproof heat shrink.

I did push some of the 3M grease into the end of the shrink tubing.
Just match you wire gauge and pick your terminal.

These terminals are used all over the truck so would not be a bad thing to have some on hand regardless.
