I installed the trifecta on mine, including the in bed outlet since I f do not have the 5th wheel prep kit. Y to he TPMS is great, although I sometimes loose signal, I think because of steel belted and sidewall tires. The camera is okay, but not high resolution and without backup lines you can’t really use it for parking. The yaw is okay, but I’ve backed enough trailers I just don’t need it.
I have one on order and plan to install myself. I just bought my 2021 two weeks ago and I got the dealer to throw it in as part of the deal. It looks like some programming at the dealer or with Forscan is required. Also mounting the TPMS sensors will require a tire shop to remove the tires from your trailer wheels to install the sensors.
I opted not to get the optional Yaw sensor with it, I won't be towing a 5th wheel and it sounds like that is where the benefit is w/ the yaw sensor.
There are a couple Youtube videos on the install I have found so far.
I forgot to mention that the camera and the TPMS requires running a wiring harness; some work if you want a clean install. And you can install the TPMS sensors yourself in the tire, just break down one side and finagle it in place (string helps).
I installed the camera only on my 2019. I may get the sensors if I start pulling my 5th wheel more often. But yeah, running the wiring is a bit of a pain, literally as I get older!! But it works fine. Yeah, the camera could be better, but it does the job for me. I have the 360 ultimate camera, so no programming needed. Just plug and play. You do have to fish the camera plug out from behind the spare tire. Some have done it without dropping the spare, but I found it way easier to drop the spare. It also made working under there much easier.
I did only the Trailer TPMS Sensors (w/o camera). The harness, plug/outlet swap and trailer sensor took all of 30mins to install. Took more time going to the Tire Shop to have them installed the TPMS units in the tires. Works like a charm.

Do you have the Ultimate Trailer Tow Package on your truck? I am trying to find someone that has installed the TPMS package only (no camera) that does not have the UTT. My truck does not and before I spend the $$ on the TPMS package from the dealer, I want to make sure that it is compatible with a truck without the UTT.
I did not order my truck with the UTT. I did however order my truck with the "Trailer TPMS Customer Installed Accessory." There may be a couple things you can look for:
1) Does the "Towing" tab in the driver's display show any option for "Trailer Tire Pressure"? Before I even installed anything, that option was already there. Maybe it gets turned on/off through Forscan if it doesn't display on your vehicle:
2) Underneath the truck, above the spare tire (you have to lower the tire to access it) there was a 12-pin connector already there on the harness with a plug-cap. Instructions from the kit:

Hope this helps.
Was the "Trailer Tire Pressure" line there with your trailer connected or not connected? I just checked now without the trailer connected and there is nothing there.
I just took a quick look. I don't see anything there as far as the connector goes. I will have to lower the spare tomorrow to check it out to see if it is there above it.
Got my trailer camera (just camera option) was not in the truck upon delivery nor did it show up in the parts department. Ford rep asked my dealer to check with me to make sure it was not in the glove box and I somehow missed it. Ford send the camera to the dealer, I laughed, the box was the size of a case of beer (bottles). Camera is plug and play except the harness off the truck is 3” short... reaching out to the dealer for a fix. Also there is a cover on one of the two enclosed harnesses that needs to be removed right out of the box.... see photo for the cover... this will inhibit harness D from attaching harness E (parts D and E per Ford directions)

Yes, the line was already there. I looked at the 2020 Version of Forscan, and it appears this is a line that you can turn on or off (see line 86 of the spreadsheet). The line shows up regardless of whether I have a trailer connected (e.g., via the 7-pin / 4-pin connector). If you select the line and the trailer is not connected, it'll say no trailer connected. But once you install the harness and Trailer TPMS sensor receiver, train the TPMS Tire positions, it will show tire PSIs.

Thanks for this info on Forscan. Looks like I am out of luck though. I pulled the spare tire and I dont have the harness that you called out in your instructions above. I poked around and dont have a dead end cap to connect to. Was it right above the spare tire?
