03 crank no start
Hello. I'm new here and never been a part of anything like this and not sure how but here goes... this 03 has had recent hpop replaced and I noticed it was lazy on power and kept getting worse. I'm back to no start. Put air fitting in ipr port to test and couldn't hear any leaks. Changed ICP sensor and IPR valve with new Motorcraft. I've got .2v icp and 49v FICM and IPR 14.84% (key on). Then cranking 730-760psi, icp 1.2v, ficm 49.5v but my ipr is 84.77%. Is this indicating that I for sure have a leak since it's 85%??? Seems like it should start being over 500psi while cranking? It hits a little bit but won't run and if it does, it lazy idles.
