03 f350 6.0 crank no start
Hi everyone new to the site, and figured this is a good place to start.
My problem is i am haveing a crank no start after driving and the engine got slugish, pulled off the road and it had a rough idle. got it back home and stalled in my drive way. and wont start. my readings from my scanguage 2 are KOEO FICM 48.5, IPR 14.8, ICP 0, ICPv 0.17. when i crank it they read FICM 48.5, IPR 84.7, ICP450 and then drops, ICPv 0.31. then i unplugged the ICP and got it start a couple of times and the readings where FICM 48.5 IPR 55.1 ICP850. Now it wont start with it unpluged still the readings are FICM 48.5 IPR 84.7 ICP 1585 and varies up. Ilooked at he ICP and it has a small amount of oil on the connector. Im wondering if it is a bad ICP. Any help to lead me in the right directon

Should not be any oil at the plug.
It should start every time you try with the ICP unplugged, it simply sets the PCM to a default value. A limp mode of sorts that allows you to run it as is until you can replace it with an OEM sensor..don't bother with cheap ebay, they don't last and an early build is the last place you want to redo the ICP.
Sound like you might have a HPO leak and bad sensor, not uncommon.
Might be time to air test it.

well put in the new ICP and pig tail and still same thing. only the batteries were super weak so i have them on the charger and give it another shot. while they are charging im going to pull the IPR and see what that looks like. anything else i should check out before jumping into the HPOP

so update i jsut did the air test lastnight. i put air into through the icp port and put 12 volts to the ipr valve and i could hear air coming out of the oil fill tube and a little coming out of the driver side VC port also a slight gurgle coming out of the oil filter housing with the oil filter removed.
