E99 F350 Front shocks

E99 F350 Front shocks
Will any year of 99-04 springs fit on the E99 truck? I was looking at getting 4 inch lift shocks to lift the front to level because I'm really not digging the 4 inch rake to the front. Any suggestions are appreciated.

The lift will come from the springs, the shocks just hang on and damp motion.
Several companies sell leveling kits that will include shocks if needed, usually 2" or 4" of lift. 99-03 springs interchange just fine.
Another option is changing the rear suspension instead of the front. The F350 blocks are about 2" taller than a F250 in the rear, so swapping in F250 parts will lower the rear.
