Transmission Slam on Downshift

I have a 2017 F550 4x4, and on occasion when coming to a stop, especially off interstate or highway speed, the transmission slams into 2nd upon stopping. And I mean "SLAM"! Most times it shifts fine when starting through the gears again, although occassionaly it does clunk from 2nd to 3rd. No codes are flashing and I've tried to find examples online, but no real answers as of yet. This doesn't seem healthy, longterm. The truck is a work vehicle, but it is never abused, raced, and is completely stock. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Still have some warranty left and would like to fix, if there is a fix. Thanks!

How many miles are on the truck ?
Might be time to drop the transmission pan and replace filters.

Truck has 122k, but I had Ford dealer service transmission right at 100k. Also, issue has been there since beginning. Manuel says something about "hard shifting" as trans learns driving habits...figured that was what was going on, but now thinking otherwise. Truck runs great other than this issue.

my ole man had an issue with his f150 similar to this. Ford replaced some solenoid and it shifted fine after
sorry so it’s vague but, it might give you another idea for searching the issue

Thanks, I was kinda thinking it might be something like that. I think I will schedule dealer to have a look, as I want to get it resolved before warranty expires.
