Shudder On Downshift
I've got 34,600 miles now. Just got my truck back for what I hoped was the last visit for warranty work, but they negleted to address one problem so I'm hoping I can get some advice before I take it back in.
My truck shudders pretty hard sometimes when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd or 2nd to 1st. It is most pronounced when I'm going uphill or when I'm under a load.
Has anyone else had this problem? What was the fix?

Take it back to them, and do not take delivery on the truck until ALL issues have been corrected, and documented. Also, make them pay for a rental car for you. It doesn't make sense to keep driving the truck since its getting so close to 36k.
