I'm not close to that motor but I used a Champion rad. did some reading to see how big I needed to go and chose one that fit my truck, motor and HP rating.
I always use Champion or Radiators 4 Less --Aluminum--3 or 4 row with shroud a 16'' electric fan my relay controller goes on at 200 and off at 185 degrees-- I use 302 or 351 W engines and AC never NO problems--
I've looked at Champion for my 390 and C6 setup. Prices are good. One obvious drawback I see is Champion does not put the upper hose fitting in the correct location for small or big block Ford motors. Double check yours, but, most all small and big block Fords need the upper hose radiator fitting on the right side. Champion puts the upper hose fitting in the middle. Then you will need to get creative with a hose. Do not simply use a flex radiator hose. Those have a tendency to break or crack radiator fittings. One last item with aluminum radiators, the higher end models always use one or two rows of wither 1" or 1-1/4" wide tubes. The lower cost models use much smaller width tubes. The Griffin radiator in my 1969 Mach1 uses two rows of 1-1/4" wide tubes.
Looks like the original but has the top port in a more efficient location (opposite corner of the bottom port) and a better core design that will cool better than an older style 4 row. Plus, lifetime warranty.

I've seen that radiator on EBay. It's likely what I will end up using for my 390. The fittings are in the correct location and it seems to use a better core design than the Champion radiators.
can I get a picture of your Taurus fan set up...and maybe a brief description of how you did it?
here are the best pictures I have. I used a stock 6 cylinder fan shroud. I cut the taurus shroud down so it was just the circle around the fan, opened up the hole on the metal shroud, and bolted it together using a couple 90 degree brackets. I then cut out a ring of rubber to loosely seal the gap between the shroud and the original shroud. I then painted it all brown to try to make it blend in with the rest of the engine bay. I have had people ask if the rubber is actually leather, so I am happy with how rustic it looks in person.
For the wiring i got two 70 amp relays since the taurus fan is a 2 speed setup. It is controlled through my fitech efi setup.
