Minor lube for squeaks and rattle areas? Pleeeease! Define squeak and rattle areas. Well at least they gave a free multi-point inspection so they could recommend 2 grand of repairs.

LOL! I almost wrote the same thing.
It could be the Chassis Lube for $16.95!

The craziest thing is that I stopped at AutoZone for a new battery on the way there......but they still want $170 to reset the BMS!
They are replacing the temp sensor...but it might be time to look for a new dealership.

I stopped and had the battery replaced on the way to the dealership....they want to charge $170 to reset things and reflash pcm?
WOW...and they wonder why people want to work on their own vehicles.

The $100 oil change on top of the $934 oil pan is really pushing it.
Should be part of the oil pan job.

My truck seems to be doing the same thing right now minus the warning. Fans wide open and A/C condenser not engaging. After you got your truck back, were all issues resolved?

We are on a trip with it right now, so I should know soon. So far, it seems fine. But...I thought I heard my fans running at a stop light earlier. It's 60F outside and I'm driving it easy. The fans sounded like they were on low (not high, like before), and they cut back off a few seconds after stopping at the light. I'll update after more time behind the wheel.

Actually they indicated w/oil pan change, so they're charging the $100 if the pan gets changed. I imaging it would be a lot more as a standalone service. Total ripoff, since I can go to Walmart and get a 5-quart jug, plus a 6th quart and a filter for about $30 the dealer buys in bulk so it's even less than that for them.

The fans seem to be behaving, but I'm currently in the mountains of Colorado where its pretty cold.
The truck has been showing elevated temps during the drive here. It was showing 226-232 while driving at 70-75 mph....it may have shown 234.
That was just with me, my wife, two kids, and suitcases.
