4r100 possible slip?
G,day, New to the forum and looking at purchasing a 7.3L 2002 auto.
I took the effy for a test drive and noticed it seemed to rev much faster then the speed built up.
Im not sure if this is a normal trait, or wether the gearbox was slipping, Auto tranny fluid looked new and clean,
Maybe someone can confirm if this video is normal or not, Sorry for the average video. Hopefully it will shed some light,

If tach is moving faster than speedo when converter is locked,it is slipping.
Converter unlocked revs will go higher.
Converter slippage can be monitored with bluetooth OBD dongle and ForScan App,for example.

I heard the mp3 but I got nothing from it, too short.
But if the trans is slipping it's not a big surprise, and only a mortar round not a howitzer. Lots more involved in a purchase.
